Meet Our Team

Stephanie McKelvey | President

Stephanie has actively served the Youngstown community through outreach and education since 2010. She currently serves as the President of Now Youngstown and has a passion for seeing individuals and families set free from life's hurts and oppressions by coming into relationship with Jesus Christ. Stephanie is also a founding member of But, Not Without My Sisters and believes in advancing the kingdom of God through missions and cross denominational unity within the Body of Christ. 

Stephanie is a school psychologist for the Youngstown City School District. She and her husband, Jason, are members of Trinity Fellowship Church in Boardman, Ohio, where they lead the outreach ministry. She also serves as Sunday School teacher and co-leads the women's ministry. 

Cornell Jordan | Board Member

With a deep passion for discipleship, missions, and outreach, Pastor Cornell Jordan brings to the NOW Youngstown leadership team a desire to see both children and adults come to know the saving power of Jesus Christ. As founder and president of Cornell Jordan Ministries, he’s spent nearly two decades traveling back and forth to East Africa for mission trips and outreach events.

Currently, Cornell serves as Lead Pastor of Metro Assembly of God in Youngstown Ohio. His greatest blessing in his life is the honor of being married to his beautiful wife Kristin and parenting two awesome young adult children.

Demaine Kitchen | Board Member

Demaine Kitchen was born and raised in the City of Youngstown.  He has served in various capacities throughout the city as an elected official and as a non-profit executive.  He as a heart for the city and its families and he continues to advocate on behalf of the people.  Demaine has been a part of NOW Youngstown since its inception.  He currently serves as Treasurer of the Board, Minister at Rising Star Baptist Church as well as the Superintendent of Sunday School. He is married (23 yrs) and has 4 children.

Jessica Crute | Board Member

Jessica Crute is the founder of But, Not Without My Sisters. A virtual nationwide network for women that promotes Biblical sisterhood and encourages women to never leave a sister behind. 

Currently, Jessica is a member of Metro Assembly of God in Youngstown, Ohio, where she serves as the Outreach Director and is on the prayer team. She also serves her community as secretary for Now Youngstown, an organization that is committed to evangelism in the city by hosting weekly outreaches to see the city come to know the power of Jesus. 

Lori Valenzisi | Board Member

Lori loves the youth of the Mahoning Valley and wants them to experience the love of Jesus in the biggest way. She has been investing in the kids and teenagers of Youngstown for more than 30 years and has worked with the Now Youngstown team for more than a decade.
